THE THREE FACTORS OF THE REVOLUTION OF CONSCIOUSNESS

The first factor will be Birth.
The second factor will be Death.
The third factor will be Sacrifice for Humanity.
FIRST FACTOR: BEING BORN
FIRST FACTOR: BIRTH
Spiritual birth is understood as the creation of the existential bodies of the Being.
We say the creation of the Seven bodies, since they must be created just as our physical body was created, in sex.
To be born, it is necessary to have a stable couple with whom we can work on sex permanently. It must be a couple, it cannot be several, as this would adulterate the work. The couple must be willing to collaborate with us and know the work that will be done.
For this work, we must learn to value the creative Sexual energy, because with it we will do all the creation.
The place where sex will be practiced is the bridal bed or altar, this place is very special and we must take good care of it so that other forces do not mix.
The room or alcove where it is located should be in magnificent conditions of cleanliness and ventilation, free of noise (loud music) and televisions.
There can be no other people sleeping in the same room. Supra sex cannot be practiced anywhere. It is necessary to have a room dedicated to this.
Before starting the birth practice, we must make some preparations:
1
Conjuration of the Belilín and Magical Circle of protection (they can never be omitted), (to be protected from the forces of Evil).
2
Supplication for assistance to the Inner Father and the Divine Mother of each one for the practice.
3
Caresses between the spouses to ignite the fire until achieving a perfect lubrication of the feminine Yoni for penetration.
4
Connection or penetration of the Lingam into the Yoni (of the penis into the vagina). Once sexually united, Concentration, Imagination and Will are necessary.
5
Breathing procedure for the transmutation of matter into energy:
  1. Inhalation (20 seconds): Imagine the air entering the lungs, and then take it to the sexual glands. It is recommended to reach 20 seconds always.
  1. Retention (20 seconds): Imagine and feel a golden thread ascending the spine, vertebra by vertebra, from the coccyx to the brow.
  1. Exhalation (20 seconds): Mantralizing slowly and lengthily the mantra of the letter "I", the mantra of the letter "A", and the mantra of the letter "O", one vowel at a time, repeating the entire breathing procedure for each vowel.
6
The entire breathing procedure is repeated for each vowel.
The practice will continue for as long as the couple desires, but they must withdraw without ejaculating or spilling the Creative Sexual Energy. It will not be practiced more than once at night.
With patience, prudence and perseverance, progress will be made vertebra by vertebra and body by body.
Second Factor: DIE
Second Factor: DYING
Psychological death refers to the release of the Essence, or Sexual creative energy, which is currently trapped by the psychological self or one's own ways of being.
In order to initiate the process of Psychological death, we must learn to self-observe. And this turns out to be the most difficult due to the mechanicity in which we find ourselves. It is necessary to be able to differentiate the acts of the Ego, the acts of the personality and those of consciousness.
What can be observed in the inner world?
The different thoughts
The internal conversations between the selves
The pleasant emotions
The unpleasant emotions
The states of mind we find ourselves in
The mechanical reactions
Everything that disturbs us, any situation in the physical world
When we discover any of these manifestations, we become aware of what is happening internally. Then we ask the Divine Mother to disintegrate the defect or ego that manifested.
As we work seriously with this procedure, we will be releasing the Essence, balancing our centers, and awakening consciousness.
We will see smaller and more insignificant details each time, which will allow us to see the progress. The sense of self-observation will become progressively sharper, as we use it, until we fully awaken.
Example: I'm driving down the street calmly, when I reach the corner another vehicle cuts me off. If in that moment I don't identify with what is happening to me, I will be able to observe everything that is happening in my inner world; let's see:
An "I" appears that tells me to yell "stupid".
Another, "insult him".
Another, "What does he think he's doing?"
Another, "Catch up to him!".
I observe that I have the desire to fight.
I observe that my Emotional Center is contracted.
I observe that an "I" wants to take revenge.
I wonder who taught him to drive.
I think, "I hope he crashes!".
Another tells me that he could have scratched our car.
I can't stop thinking about this.
"What an irresponsible person!", says another.
Other "I's" make comments about what happened.
I feel resentment for what happened.
Some time later I still remember the scene:
I still have anger.
I can't forget what happened.
I feel weakened.
Each of these manifestations is produced by a different "I", and I must beg the Divine Mother to eliminate it from me.
Another Example
A very beautiful woman passes by:
  • If I self-observe, I discover selves in my head that are idealizing her,
  • If I observe the Emotional Center, I feel in love or attracted to her,
  • If I observe the Instinctive and Sexual Centers, I notice an unmistakable morbid activity.
What do I have to do?:
1
When observing that I am idealizing her, I ask for death for that detail.
2
When observing that I am falling in love, I ask for death for that feeling.
3
And when observing the instinctive sensation, I ask for death for that self.

If any of them persist, I continue asking the Divine Mother to eliminate it until none of them surface.
This procedure is called death in March, and it implies being vigilant all day to be able to notice each detail.
Third Factor: SACRIFICE FOR HUMANITY
Third Factor: SACRIFICE FOR HUMANITY
Sacrifice for Humanity is to bring this knowledge selflessly to all of humanity. Without any distinction of race, color, wealth, poverty, social status, etc.
The Knowledge must be delivered without receiving anything in return, completely free of charge, otherwise it is not a sacrifice but a business. No one would have the means to pay for this knowledge.
Wisdom is the beginning of everything. If we do not receive it, we die ignorant of the very reason for our existence. If we reflect on this and value the Knowledge we have, we will realize the responsibility that this represents. Imagining that all our brothers are sleeping, without even knowing why they exist, produces terror.
Knowledge must be delivered pure and clean, without adding or taking away anything, without mixing it with pseudo-esoteric or subjective knowledge.
Conditions for us to sacrifice:
We must deliver the knowledge for free.
We must deliver it to the whole world.
We must deliver it pure, without adding other things.
We must not take away or hide anything, as this would adulterate it.
We must not mix it with other knowledge.
Some reasons to sacrifice ourselves for humanity:
1
The purpose of Being is Being itself.
2
To become unselfish, to stop being selfish.
3
A work of Love is nourished with Love.
4
Each self has its own debt, if we don't have what to pay, we get stuck.
5
We owe the Karma of seven existences, if we want to self-realize, we must pay cash.
6
When one owes a lot, one needs to have good income.
7
When one sacrifices for humanity, one receives Dharma.
8
Sacrifice generates the merits of the heart to be able to advance.
9
From what one gives, one receives, the one who gives nothing receives nothing.
10
The one who gives wisdom receives wisdom.
11
The one who has and does not give of what he has, even the little he has will be taken from him.
12
The merits of the heart allow us to advance in the work of Birth.
13
If a person teaches, each time they teach, they understand something better.
14
The selfish advances very slowly, if at all.
15
Each time we help the Father to give the knowledge, He teaches us something.
16
Each time we repeat the subject matter, we understand it better.
17
If we are teaching, we are creating a Center of Gravity around the Esoteric Work.
18
If we stop teaching, we cool down and get stuck in the other two factors.
19
The different selves want us to forget this work. If we don't teach, that happens.
Different ways to sacrifice ourselves for humanity:
Inviting our friends, family and acquaintances.
Inviting strangers.
Distributing flyers and posting posters.
Doing advertising or advertising campaigns.
Preparing to teach.
Stoking the fire to lose the fear that prevents us from doing.
Making introductions in the rooms.
Giving lectures.
Opening rooms where the Knowledge can be taught.
Preparing personnel so that they can continue teaching.
Stoking the fire for all the personnel who are preparing.
Motivating people to start practicing the Three Factors.
Leading the groups that have been organized.
Waking up to be able to guide them.
If we verify the force that is received when giving this knowledge, we will begin to form a group that will allow us to have a Center of Gravity in the Esoteric Work.
