Why is it called Astral Projection?
Projection because it is to extract the inner double or Soul, an exact body to the physical, but of molecular nature.
Astral because with it we can travel to all the stars.
This operation is done unconsciously every time we fall asleep: we enter the molecular world or dream region. The only difference is to exit consciously instead of asleep. That is, one enters the fifth dimension consciously and voluntarily.
How is the practice done?

Periodically check if we have already astral projected by getting up and jumping to see if we float or pulling a finger to see if it stretches.
Symptoms of Dissociation
You may feel that your body is inflating.
You may feel that you are floating.
You may feel that your body is gently rocking.
You may feel that your legs or arms are lifting and floating.
You may feel a small electric current.
You may feel that you are spinning at a high speed.
You may hear a noise next to your ears.
You may consciously appear inside a dream.
The secret is to PRACTICE with a lot of patience until you achieve it. Remember that where there's a will, there's a way.
